Guest Speaker: Terrance Reynolds
In 2017, Terrance Reynolds moved to Japan to become an English teacher. Quickly, he realized that teaching wasn’t his passion nor a sustainable long-term career. So he began teaching himself how to program and landed his first programming job in late 2018. Since then, Terrance has worked at 3 different companies in Tokyo – both local and international, slowly raising his position. In his spare time, he mentors other aspiring and junior software engineers and even has a YouTube channel to advise software engineers.
